Open up the image
1) I will be using the image below.

2) Go to Image --> Add Borders. A window should popup


3) Match your settings to mine. Just choose your colour.


4) Repeat step 2 and match your settings to mine. Just choose a lighter colour than the original colour in step 3


5) Repeat step 2 and match your settings exactly to mines. Use this colour: #ffffff



6) Repeat step 2 and 3. Use the same colour you used in step 3!
