Installing Emoticons in Cutenews...
Open Ftp Program ----> Login to your Account ----> Click on cutenews folder ----> Click on data folder ----> click on emoticons folder
Upload emoticons to emoticons folder ----> Open web broswer and type in path to cutenews (http://domain.com/cutenews) ----> Login to Your cutenews account and go to Options and click System Configurations
Scroll down until you see Smilies and change the names to the emoticons' you uploaded. Seperate each one with a comma. e.g smile,laugh,cry,tease
