Borders 2

Click on the thumbnails to view the images
Open up the image
1) I will be using the image below.

2) Go to Image --> Add Borders. A window should popup


3) Edit your Top, Left, Right, Bottom settings. Make sure its in pixels.
Click the colour box and select the colour you want.


5) Repeat step 2 and change your settings.


4) Click okay and you're done!
